The said 4.1.2 update for the three Xperias was certified at the beginning of the month and it didn't take that long to actually be released.The phone will notify you when the firmware is available or you can check it through the Sony PC suite.
The Sony Xperia ion is next in line to receive the update - fingers crossed.
